What You’ll Do
- Design and implement observability solutionstailored to each client’s infrastructure and business needs, using multiple monitoring and analytics platforms.
- Develop audit and compliance frameworksto ensure data integrity and adherence to client-specific regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with client technical and business teams to deliver end-to-end observability projects, from assessment to deployment and optimization.
- Define, document, and apply best practices and observability standardsacross diverse client environments.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline monitoring processes, improving reliability and reducing operational overhead for clients.
- Provide technical guidance and ongoing supportto client teams, ensuring successful adoption and long-term value of implemented solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with DataDope’s internal experts (SRE, Product, Sales, and others) to align client project outcomes with our overall service excellence.
- Share knowledge, mentor teammates, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Promote and embody DataDope’s vision of Observability— helping organizations gain full visibility and control over their digital ecosystems
