DTW Ignite 2026: The Key Trends Shaping the Future of Intelligent Operations

From 23 to 25 June, we attended DTW Ignite 2026 in Copenhagen, where telecom operators, technology vendors and industry leaders came together to define the roadmap for the next generation of digital networks and intelligent operations.

The key takeaway was clear: the conversation is no longer about whether organisations should adopt AI, but about how to deliver measurable business outcomes, reduce operational risk and improve efficiency at scale. At the same time, it became evident that data quality and the modernisation of legacy systems remain the biggest barriers to achieving increasingly autonomous operations.

Another major theme was the rise of AI-native architectures, driven by open standards that embed artificial intelligence into the very design of digital platforms rather than treating it as an additional layer.

Our participation at DTW Ignite 2026 provided an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with some of the industry’s leading organisations and discuss the future of observability, automation and AI for critical infrastructure.
